What follows?

Following the extermination of over 6 million Jews by Hitler and the Nazis, the State of Israel was established on May 14, 1948, in line with UN Resolution 181, which proposed the division of the land into a Jewish State and an Arab State. However, the establishment of the second state has been hindered.

Iran and other Iranian extremist groups, such as Hezbollah and Hammas, which continuously attack Israel under the guise of advocating for a Palestinian state, have created a devastating situation for the people of Gaza and the West Bank.

Before the October 7 massacre, which involved the brutal massacre of around 1,200 Israeli civilians by Hammas, and kidnapping around 250 innocent children, elderly and women,  the Abraham Accords were seen as a potential solution to the conflict and a means to facilitate the establishment of a Palestinian State. However, this prospect challenged the interests of Iran and its allies. It’s evident that the events of October 7 have less to do with the Palestinians’ homeland and more to do with Iran’s geopolitical struggle for power and influence. This was especially apparent as the Abraham Accords aimed to foster trade and cultural ties between Israel and nations like the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco and potentially Saudi Arabia.

Is the conflict truly a ‘holy war’, as perceived by certain college protestors in the West who regard the combatants as legitimate? Without fully grasping the reality of the situation, these so-called freedom fighters have created a trail of devastation through their massacres and constant bombings into Israel over the past decade. This is in addition to recent failed attack by Iran on the State of Israel using hundreds of cruise and ballistic missiles, along with hundreds of drones.

It’s evident that groups like Hamas have manipulated the Palestinian cause, employing civilians as human shields and placing their financial gain and jihad above the pursuit of a Palestinian state.

Let’s remember Hammas charter:

“The following are declared null and void: the Balfour Declaration, the British Mandate Document, the UN Palestine Partition Resolution, and whatever resolutions and measures that derive from them or are similar to them.  The establishment of Israel is entirely illegal and contravenes the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and goes against their will…”

If Hamas is not genuinely striving for a Palestinian State, but rather pursuing the annihilation of Israel in the name of a Muslim Holy war and the establishment of a global caliphate, then it’s Israel and the Jewish people who stand in the way of their holy war, and we must deter them. If not, the next step could be the expansion of their conflict, akin to the Nazi annexation of Austria and the Sudetenland, eventually engulfing all of Europe, as witnessed in WWII.
