Belsize Square Synagogue gets honoured by Association of Jewish Refugees

To honour the Synagogue and its contribution to those Holocaust survivors and refugees that came to the UK escaping the horrors of the Continent and in which the Synagogue has been part of, ever since they founded it, 80 years ago, as well as being open for the broader Camden community and its neighbors. A blue plaque was inaugurated in it’s entrance as a reminder and sign, “like the Mezuza on the right posts of our entrances” in Rabbi Altshuler’s words.
