Archie Batersee this time. In the battle to continue with us, as parents unsuccessful appeal the decision made by the High Court of the UK to take him of life support.

Who has the right to take life if not God who gave it?

Jewish law says that doctors (and patients) have a duty to preserve life, and a doctor must do everything he/she can to save a patient’s life. But the law in countries like the UK, have a different approach. Sadly!

His mother said today: While the decision of the European Court is made:

“We will not give up on Archie until the end.”

And I add: There is always hope!!! Until they decide otherwise.

After back and forth between the decision makers. His life support was withdrawn.
